Our Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, other than those that contain chocolate, return them in saleable condition within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the merchandise value, no questions asked. Unless damaged prior to delivery, products containing chocolate are not returnable.

If any product is delivered damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss next steps. Be sure to retain the damaged product as well as all packaging for possible inspection by the shipping carrier.

For product returns, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. You may ship your return using the shipping carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return and consider insuring the shipment for the value of the returned merchandise.
